And one of His signs is that He created for you spouses from among yourselves so that you may find comfort in them. And He has placed between you compassion and mercy. Surely in this are signs for people who reflect. (30:21)

Please note the following guidelines to help make your ceremony run smoothly: Islamic marriage contracts are offered at the At-Tawheed Islamic Center by appointment only. Note that appointments must be made 3 days in advance. Marriage license from Kent County court. (Please notify us beforehand if you live outside Kent County.) Both groom and bride must bring a valid photo identification card like passport, driver license, ID card. Suggested donation of $250 to Masjid (Check or Money Order) made out to “Islamic Mosque and Religious Institute”. We highly encourage engaged couples to schedule a premarital counseling session with the Imam before scheduling their Islamic Marriage ceremony.
