“Zakāh expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed for it and for bringing hearts together [for Islām] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler – an obligation [imposed] by Allah. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.” (9:60)

Zakat (Almsgiving) is an essential pillar of the Islamic faith. Masjid At-Tawheed both collects and distributes Zakah funds on behalf of the Muslim community. If you would like to pay your Zakah through Masjid At-Tawheed you can do so here: Pay Zakat

To apply to receive Zakah funds from Majid AT-Tawheed please get Zakat Application form at the masjid, and deliver a physical copy to Masjid At-Tawheed office at 3357 E Paris Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49512.
