Financial Requirements
- Amount needed to acquire the property: $400,000
- Amount spent on the approval process: $22,000
- We are collecting donations to purchase the property and then to start construction on the cemetery project
- Note: For each $1000 donation, you will acquire one (1) burial space in Phase 1
Cemetery Approval Process
- Hire Roosien & Associates Co. (engineering & survey)
- Hire Soil and Structure Co. (soil description and water depth)
- Apply to the Kent County Health Department for approval.
- Apply to the Cascade Township Planning Commission for approval. Then acquire the approval of the Board of Directors.
- Apply to the State of Michigan to acquire a license to start the project operation
For each $1,000 donation, you will acquire one (1) burial space in Phase 1.
Please write a check or cash when possible .This will help us allocate the appropriate burial lots you acquired.
